Order Placement Please review the product descriptions and place your order by mail or by email using the form provided below or simply email the equivalent information. Estimated shipping times are listed on each product in our site, and are also given when your order is confirmed. Please remember that these delivery time frames are “estimated". Orders will be processed after receipt of payment for products ordered and tax. Shipping costs will be billed separately after shipment is completed..
Payments can be made by check or money order. (Credit cards currently not accepted.) Items ordered will be custom built to your request if inventory is not in stock. You will be informed of estimated delivery times before processing the order. Custom built orders over $200 require 50% advance payment before beginning the order. Hot Iron Blacksmith is not responsible for collecting or submitting sales or use taxes for any state other than the State of Illinois. A sales tax of 6.5% will be charged on all Illinois orders. Packaging and shipping will be by the lowest cost ground transportation unless other advance arrangements are requested. Wholesale Prices Hot Iron Blacksmith retails sale of all products at the prices listed. Volume discounts may at times be negotiated on an individual basis, but otherwise no wholesale price discounts are offered. Product prices are maintained at the lowest possible for costs of materials and studio time. Shipping & Delivery Hot Iron Blacksmith utilizes Fed-Ex, UPS and the U.S. Postal Service for all smaller item shipments. Signatures will not be required unless requested. Larger items can be shipped via common carrier (freight) trucks direct to the curbside of your residence or building (within the continental U.S. only). Order Cancellation and Changes Once your order and payment is received, Hot Iron Blacksmith will not generally accept cancellations. Damaged Shipments We work hard to package your orders securely, accurately, and completely. We will do our best to resolve all problems as quickly as possible.
